Beginning with a strapless neckline, the dress includes structure underneath the bodice for support, lightweight, top-applied ruching for a flattering fit, and gripping tape at the opening edge of the neckline to hold nicely to your body. A sweet keyhole detail sits at center front before falling to a stunning, dramatic skirt.
